A very colorful original oil painting on canvas of the San Juan Capistrano Mission, known by many for the celebrated "return of the swallows" on St. Joseph's day each year. This is the larger of two paintings of the mission by the same artist we have listed currently, both signed: "C. Ruknau" and both are in their original gold colored carved frame.
